The Wood County Historical Society promotes stories of Wood County, Ohio and its County Poor Farm, connecting memories of the past to the present while facilitating an informed future.
Community Partners
The Society operates within the Wood County Museum, which is managed jointly by the Wood County Commissioners Doris I. Herringshaw, Ed.D – President; Craig LaHote – Vice President, & Dr. Theodore H. Bowlus – Member; and the Wood County Park District.
